Environmental Commissioner of Ontario to release energy conservation report

The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario will release Volume One of his fourth Annual Energy Conservation Report. The Report explores opportunities for the province to help municipalities reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions in their communities.
